Job Description

Gepach International is expanding its global footprints and seeking an experienced professional for its International Business Development team. This role focuses on driving strategic market growth across key global territories.

Business Development Manager – International (French Language / Russia Market)

• Department: International Business Development / Sales
• Market: CIS (Russia) and French-speaking international regions
• Role: Business Development Manager (BDM)
• Experience: 10–15 Years

Skills/Qualifications

• 10–15 years of proven experience in international pharma business development.
• Proficiency in French language OR extensive expertise in the Russia market.
• Deep understanding of export regulations, product registrations, and global market dynamics.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Demonstrated track record of expanding market share across international territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and manage business opportunities in French-speaking and Russian markets.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and drive regional revenue growth.
• Conduct detailed market analysis, competitor mapping, and opportunity assessments.
• Prepare comprehensive business proposals and detailed product presentations.
• Coordinate with RA, QA, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Travel internationally as required to fulfill business strategies.
