Rivpra Formulation Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced professionals for its Production – Packing department at the Haridwar plant. The company seeks dedicated Packing Officers and Supervisors who can ensure smooth, compliant, and target-oriented packing operations. Packing Officers / Supervisors

• Department: Production – Packing
• Role: Packing Officer / Supervisor
• Experience: 1–7 Years
• Education/Qualification: B.Pharm / Any Graduate (Preferred)

Skills/Qualifications

• B.Pharm or any graduate degree (preferred)
• 1–7 years of experience in packing operations within pharma formulations
• Strong knowledge of cGMP guidelines
• Good understanding of BMR/BPR and documentation practices
• Proven leadership and team-handling abilities
• Excellent communication and supervisory skills
• Ability to maintain zero-error production standards

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise packing operations as per BMRs and packing instructions
• Ensure proper line clearance and equipment cleaning
• Manage changeover activities according to SOPs
• Monitor packing material availability and reconciliation
• Maintain full compliance with cGMP and quality standards
• Lead the team to achieve daily production targets
• Ensure accurate documentation and process adherence
