Technical Associate / Operator – Liquid Manufacturing & Filling
- Department: Production
- Role: Operating and managing liquid manufacturing and filling equipment
- Experience: 3–7 years of relevant pharmaceutical experience
- Education/Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / Diploma
Skills/Qualifications
- Expertise in liquid manufacturing and liquid filling operations
- In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch documentation
- Hands-on equipment troubleshooting and maintenance skills
- Strong cross-departmental communication and teamwork capabilities
Key Responsibilities
- Execute liquid manufacturing and filling operations directly on the shop floor.
- Maintain complete compliance with GMP guidelines, SOPs, and batch records.
- Operate and troubleshoot technical equipment in the liquid processing unit.
- Coordinate effectively with QA, QC, Engineering, and Maintenance departments.
- Focus consistently on product quality, regulatory compliance, and workplace productivity.
