🧪 Job Role: Medical Device Complaint Investigator

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Perform medical device complaint investigation as per global regulatory standards
• Analyze device-related issues and assess patient safety risks
• Conduct root cause analysis and support CAPA activities
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA, EU MDR, and internal SOPs
• Prepare and maintain complaint investigation reports and documentation
• Collaborate with quality, regulatory, and risk management teams

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Biomedical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
