About the Role

Pranad Bion Inn is seeking a dedicated Microbiologist to join their team and contribute to critical processes in culture development, fermentation, and quality control. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience who want hands-on exposure in a biotech setting.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform culture development, fermentation processes, and strain maintenance activities
• Conduct quality control testing including CFU (Colony Forming Units) count and contamination checks
• Monitor and evaluate product stability
• Maintain accurate documentation and records as per quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth laboratory operations
• Support overall production and quality assurance efforts in the biotech workflow

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Qualification: MSc in Microbiology or Biotechnology (essential)
• Experience: 0-3 years (freshers are strongly encouraged to apply)
• Strong understanding of microbiological techniques, aseptic handling, and fermentation basics
• Good documentation and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a lab environment with attention to detail and safety protocols
