- Reporting To: Project Leader / Group Leader
This is a hands-on laboratory role involving method development, method validation, and regulated bioanalytical sample analysis in compliance with GLP/GCP guidelines.
🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Perform sample processing for method development, validation, and study sample analysis
- Prepare STPs, method validation protocols, and study analysis protocols
- Operate and troubleshoot LC-MS/MS, HPLC, and related instruments
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, STPs, GLP, and GCP regulations
- Maintain ALCOA++ compliant documentation and official study records
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for instrument and utility issues
- Participate in project discussions and scientific reviews
- Respond promptly to QA/QC observations and audit requirements
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics) or
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences / related discipline from a reputed university
Experience Requirements
- Hands-on experience in small molecule bioanalytical experiments
- Exposure to regulated bioanalytical laboratories
- Experience in a Bioanalytical CRO is a strong advantage
