Key Responsibilities – QC Microbiology Analyst
The selected candidate will be responsible for routine and advanced QC microbiology testing in compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Perform Microbiological analysis including Bioburden, MLT, BET, Sterility, and tests for specified organisms
- Conduct chemical analysis of water samples (PW, WFI, POW)
- Handle environmental monitoring of clean rooms
- Perform utility monitoring and water sampling
- Manage media preparation, sterilization, GPT, culture maintenance, and disposal
- Execute method verification for BET, sterility, bioburden, and MLT
- Monitor temperature, differential pressure, and cleanroom parameters
- Maintain QC microbiology laboratory hygiene, fumigation, and disinfectant preparation
- Ensure compliance with EHS, data integrity, GMP, and Syngene quality standards
- Complete mandatory safety and compliance training on time
Educational Qualification
- M.Sc. in Microbiology (Mandatory)
Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on knowledge of microbial analysis of water, injectables, and OSD products
- Strong documentation and data integrity skills
- Understanding of GMP, EHS, and laboratory safety practices
- Ability to work in shifts and cross-functional teams
- Good communication, attention to detail, and proactive mindset
- Ability to perform under tight timelines in a regulated environment
Experience Requirement
- Entry Level / Freshers with relevant academic or internship exposure
- Candidates with hands-on laboratory training will have an added advantage
