Responsibilities:
As a Scientific Content Writer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread a variety of scientific and medical marketing materials, including blog posts, website content, brochures, email campaigns, scientific guides, and digital advertisements.
- Literature Research: Conduct thorough literature searches to identify credible, evidence-based data that supports product claims and ensures scientific accuracy.
- Content Translation: Translate complex immunology and diagnostic concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content that is tailored for healthcare professionals and laboratory audiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), marketing teams, medical affairs professionals, and product development teams across global regions to ensure content alignment and accuracy.
- Value Proposition Development: Support the development of compelling value propositions, core messaging, and scientific positioning for our products and services.
- Compliance: Ensure all content is compliant with relevant regulatory, medical, and legal standards.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and scientific integrity across all content.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry guidelines, trends, and the competitive landscape to inform content strategy and development.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Proven experience in scientific writing, medical writing, or technical writing.
- Exceptional English writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to simplify complex scientific concepts and tailor content for diverse audiences.
- Experience conducting literature research and properly citing sources.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in Life Sciences or Immunology.
- Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), content marketing strategy, and AEO/GEO (Audience/Geographic) optimization.
- Experience with medical-regulatory review processes.
- Prior experience working with global teams or adapting content for multiple regions.
