Job Responsibilities
As a Safety & PV Coordinator, you will:
- Maintain tracking and documentation of safety submissions
- Build constructive and professional relationships with internal and external project teams
- Apply safety reporting regulatory intelligence across all assigned activities
- File and manage project documents (electronic/hardcopy as required)
- Support design, preparation, and assembly of expedited and periodic safety reports
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks related to safety reporting and compliance
- Forward completed safety documents to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, WIs, GCP, ICH Guidelines, and global safety regulations
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or related field
- Experience in pharmacovigilance submission, safety reporting or clinical research (preferred)
- Strong understanding of drug safety regulations and global reporting requirements
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and safety tracking systems
