Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Safety & PV Coordinator to join our pharmacovigilance team in Gurgaon. This is a full-time, office-based position responsible for supporting safety reporting and regulatory compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmacovigilance submissions, safety reporting, and/or clinical research processes, and a strong understanding of drug safety regulations. Responsibilities:
As a Safety & PV Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining accurate tracking and documentation of safety submissions.
- Building and maintaining constructive, professional relationships with internal and external project teams.
- Applying relevant safety reporting regulatory intelligence to all assigned activities.
- Filing and managing project documents, both electronically and in hard copy as needed.
- Supporting the design, preparation, and assembly of expedited and periodic safety reports.
- Assisting with various tasks related to safety reporting and compliance.
- Forwarding completed safety documents to clients and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) Guidelines, and global safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in pharmacovigilance submission, safety reporting, or clinical research is preferred.
- A solid understanding of drug safety regulations and global reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal), documentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and safety tracking systems.

Salary Range:
INR 4.5 LPA – 7.5 LPA (This salary range is an estimate based on industry standards for PV Coordinator roles and will depend on experience and qualifications).
