Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by role but generally include:

• Ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, EU MDR, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
• Managing design, documentation, audits, quality control, and production processes.
• Handling maintenance, automation (PLC/SCADA), moulding operations, and utility systems.
• Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX, and project execution.
• Conducting internal/external audits, microbial testing, and process improvements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Finance (CA/CWA), or related fields.
• Experience as specified (3-25 years depending on the role).
• Knowledge of tools like CREO/Solidworks, GMP/GWP/ISO standards, PLC programming, or financial reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and compliance skills.
