Job Description:
As a Pharma Intelligence Researcher, you will play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to the global pharmaceutical landscape. You will be responsible for providing insights that inform strategic decision-making across various aspects of the drug development lifecycle, from preclinical research to post-market commercialization. Key Responsibilities:
- Market Monitoring: Conduct comprehensive news and media monitoring to stay updated on global pharmaceutical developments, trends, and competitor activities.
- Company & Product Research: Perform in-depth research on pharmaceutical companies, including their product pipelines, commercial strategies, and competitive positioning.
- Go-to-Market Analysis: Analyze go-to-market strategies, product launch plans, and commercialization approaches employed by pharmaceutical companies.
- Drug Development Lifecycle Research: Track and analyze drug development stages from preclinical research to post-launch activities, identifying key milestones and potential challenges.
- Data Extraction & Structuring: Extract, structure, and validate pharmaceutical data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- AI-Driven Research: Utilize AI tools and technologies for research automation, data analysis, and strategic insight generation.
- Report & Presentation Preparation: Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and summaries for internal teams, effectively communicating research findings and insights.
Required Qualifications:

Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences (B.Sc), Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Coursework or experience in programming or artificial intelligence is preferred.
- A Master’s degree is beneficial but not mandatory.

Skills & Core Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of the drug development lifecycle, including preclinical, clinical, and post-market phases.
- Familiarity with clinical trial phases, endpoints, and regulatory processes.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to synthesize complex scientific and technical information from various sources.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new therapeutic areas and technologies.
- High level of resilience, discipline, and accountability.

Compensation:
₹4,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 CTC per annum, commensurate with skills, experience, and learning agility.
Job Location:
Tricity (Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula) – This is an on-site, full-time position.
