Key Responsibilities – Commercial Development (Medical Role)
Selected candidates will be responsible for the following core activities:
- Preparation of clinical development plans
- Providing scientific and medical advice to internal teams
- Drafting study synopses and supporting expansion into full protocols with CROs
- Preparation and medical review of clinical trial documents
- Medical oversight of clinical trials
- Clinical trial safety management
- Medical review and interpretation of clinical study data
- Providing regulatory support during submissions and approvals
- Handling medical and regulatory queries from CROs, sites, and authorities
- Supporting Pharmacovigilance (PVG) activities, including review of PSURs, RMPs, and safety reports
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
- Education:
- MBBS (Freshers eligible)
- MD – Pharmacology (Freshers preferred)
- Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of clinical research and pharmacology
- Interest in regulatory affairs, safety surveillance, and medical writing
- Good communication and scientific documentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with CROs and internal stakeholders

Salary & Compensation (Indicative)
- Annual CTC: ₹8,00,000 – ₹15,00,000 per annum
