Available Positions
Devsynthesis is actively hiring for the following roles:
- Safety Officer — 3 Positions Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required.
- Synthetic Chemists — 5 Positions Minimum 2 years of experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) environment.
- Store and Inventory Management — 2 Positions
- Proposal Management — 2 Positions

Roles and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will play vital roles in supporting the company’s core operations:
- For Synthetic Chemists: Design and execute multi-step organic syntheses, optimize reaction conditions, purify compounds, analyze results using techniques like NMR, HPLC, and MS, troubleshoot synthetic routes, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- For Safety Officer: Implement and monitor laboratory safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, manage safety equipment, handle incident reporting, and promote a culture of safety in a chemistry R&D setting.
- For Store and Inventory Management: Oversee chemical and material inventory, ensure proper storage, track stock levels, maintain records, and support procurement processes.
- For Proposal Management: Prepare technical proposals for client projects, coordinate with scientific teams, manage timelines, and contribute to business development efforts.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Relevant educational background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Safety Management, or related fields (B.Sc./M.Sc./Ph.D. as applicable).
- Specified minimum experience in CRO, laboratory, inventory, or proposal-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of organic synthesis, analytical techniques, safety regulations, or inventory software (depending on the role).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Salary, Benefits, and Work Environment
Competitive salary packages are offered based on experience and role, with realistic ranges typically between ₹4,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 per annum (INR) for these positions in the Indian CRO industry, including performance incentives.
