This is a full-time, on-site clinical research job offering hands-on exposure to Phase III & IV clinical trials, TMF management, informed consent processes, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities – Clinical Trial Associate
- Coordinate day-to-day clinical trial activities in compliance with protocols and SOPs
- Manage and maintain Trial Master Files (TMF) (paper/eTMF)
- Assist in Informed Consent Process (ICF) documentation and compliance
- Support investigators, sponsors, and internal clinical research teams
- Ensure adherence to GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in site documentation, audit readiness, and trial tracking
- Support clinical operations across Phase III and Phase IV studies
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm), or related discipline
- Knowledge of clinical trials, clinical operations, and research methodologies
- Experience or familiarity with TMF management and informed consent processes
- Understanding of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical research teams
- Certification in clinical research (ACRP, ICH-GCP, etc.) is an added advantage
