Study Delivery Associate
- Department: Clinical Research / Study Delivery
- Role: Study Delivery Associate (GCF Level 3)
- Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical execution experience
- Education/Qualification: Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s with 4 years experience OR High school/GED with 6 years experience
Study Delivery Senior Associate
- Department: Clinical Research / Study Delivery
- Role: Study Delivery Senior Associate (GCF Level 4)
- Experience: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with 2 years experience or equivalent
- Education/Qualification: Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s with 2 years experience OR Associate’s with 6 years OR High school/GED with 8 years experience
Skills/Qualifications
- Experience in biopharmaceutical clinical research, preferably on global trials in biotech, pharma, or CRO settings
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and clinical systems like CTMS, eTMF, EDC
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulatory compliance, and essential document management
- Strong organizational skills for data entry, tracking, and issue resolution
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and cultural sensitivity for global teams
- Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn new tasks
- Preferred: 1–3 years in life sciences with direct clinical trial exposure
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain study trackers, dashboards, timelines, and clinical systems
- Support study start-up, vendor setup, and document readiness
- Coordinate investigator meetings, site communications, and logistics
- Monitor enrollment, data flow, risks, and quality indicators
- Manage training, TMF filing, and inspection readiness activities
- Handle investigational product logistics and sample reconciliation
- Escalate issues and contribute to risk mitigation and process improvements
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
