Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Medical Coding
- At least 4 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting client SLAs, targets, hiring, and staff allocation
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
- Mandatory CRC/CPC or equivalent certification from AAPC/AHIMA
