About the Role
As a Senior Clinical Data Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, completeness, and quality of clinical trial data. You will provide advanced-level support in data review processes and may assist the Lead Data Manager with various study management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceed expectations of a standard Clinical Data Associate
- Assist in creation of Data Management Plan (DMP), eCCGs, edit check specifications, and other start-up documents
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support EDC module integrations (ePRO, IVRS/IWRS, dispensing systems)
- Review eCRFs for completeness and data consistency
- Perform manual and listing data review
- Generate and manage queries; issue re-queries
- Communicate data discrepancies to DM team
- Reconcile SAEs and external vendor data
- Identify data trends and report inconsistencies
- Manage user accounts and study metrics
- Perform QC review and EDC archival tasks
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of clinical data management experience (pharma/CRO)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (experience may substitute)
- Strong understanding of CDASH standards
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- High attention to detail and quality mindset
