Key Responsibilities
As a Pharma Intelligence Researcher, you will:
- Conduct news and media monitoring for global pharmaceutical updates
- Perform company research, including pipeline, product portfolios & competitive activity
- Analyze go-to-market strategies, product launches & commercialization plans
- Research drug development stages from preclinical to post-launch
- Extract, structure and validate data with high attention to detail
- Use AI tools for research automation and strategic insight generation
- Prepare high-quality reports, slides, and summaries for internal teams
Required Qualifications
Educational Background
- B.Pharm / B.Sc Life Sciences / Biotechnology or related field
- Programming or AI coursework (completed or currently pursuing)
- Master’s degree optional but beneficial
Skills & Core Knowledge
- Understanding of the drug development lifecycle
- Familiarity with clinical trial phases and endpoints
- Strong command of MS Office tools
- Ability to synthesize complex scientific information
- Rapid learning ability across new therapeutic areas & technologies
- High resilience, discipline, and accountability

- Excellent written and verbal communication

Compensation
₹4,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 CTC per annum
Based on skills, experience, and learning agility.
